Pros

International company with great people. Good size with plenty of room for growth and impact. Speed of decision making. Strong belief in the high quality of the products based on long term data evidence.

Cons

Growing pains as moving from a small to big company with globalisation of key processes, systems and general ways of working. Can be a bit chaotic at times.
