Hi there I am sorry to read that you obviously had not your best time with us. Unfortunately, I do not understand what your comments mean when you wrote "constant unemployment so just beware of management"? It would be great if you could provide some more details: just drop me a mail to marcus.fischer@straumann.com. I would love to understand better what you want to say here. It confuses me because of the fact that we hired more than 1'000 colleagues last year - the company is constantly growing for the past 6 years, what I experience is a positive, ambitious atmosphere. For sure, as in any other company, there is a turnover - some leave, many join us. We know that we are not perfect in any situation but - and I hope you agree with me here - we invest heavily in our cultural journey and in the personal development of our employees. We are doing a lot to become better every day, a mindset that I never experienced in another company. Again, it would be great if you share your experiences with me - if there is something working not well, we want to fix that but this is only possible if we know about it. I am wishing all the best for your future, whatever comes next for you and I hope that you will find an employer that matches better with your expectations.
