Pros

Good company , great employee benefits and COMPANY STRUCTURE overall is good but no one advocates for smaller employees.

Cons

The management is bad, will write up employees for minor things, do not voice employees ideas and contributions, managers do no care about the employees

Hi there Thank you for your review and your feedback. We appreciate that very much even if it is not exactly what we love to read. I would love to learn more about what is not working for you. Because only if we learn what went wrong we can change it. Feel free to contact me directly at marcus.fischer@straumann.com. I promise to keep all the things you tell me strictly confidential. The same is with our HR colleagues in Andover - I am sure they will at least listen carefully and support you in finding a solution for the problem. I hope that I read from you soon. Until then I wish that your situation gets better. All the best and thank you for being with us! Pros

Competitive pay, excellent benefits, growth potential, ever-improving management, high flexibility within the facility.

Cons

Consistently behind the curve (but catching up), consistently launching products unprepared, still has a "small company" attitude overall.

Hi there thank you very much for your positive and constructive feedback. I will share it with our management team. As you know we are working in a fast-paced industry which might be the reason that sometimes things feels a little bit "unprepared". Thank God in many fields we are far in front of our competitors, in some others we have to work on closing the gap to the top. For me this is what makes us special. The challenge is to have both: quality (and maturity) of the products and be fast (and innovative) enough to lead the market. That is why we are investing heavily to be a high performance company and to focus on our player-learner-mindset. Good to have you with us on our journey to rock dentistry! If you want to share your thoughts with me more detailed - contact me. I am happy to learn what we could improve. Greetings from Switzerland Marcus Marcus Fischer --- Team Talent Acqusition

Pros

No office, work as needed to get the job done, competitive pay, great benefits, good products, forward thinking, company has a great reputation.

Cons

Cut pay every year, senior management severely unqualified, nepotism hires, do not take care of their best employees, high turn and burn industry, 4 managers in 4 years. 50-75% team turn over rate year-to-year.

Thank you for your comments. Our sales force has done an amazing job this year growing our sales exponentially compared to our competitors. We’ve done this through a strong culture where people drive toward high performance—and it’s working. Our employee referrals are way up and our turnover has dropped by over 50%. We don’t claim to be perfect (no company is), but that’s what we strive for.
