-Company has listened to complaints and made good strides on modernizing processes (digital HR docs/PTO/pay stubs) -Great profit sharing showing growth -Flexibility for people with families -Mother's room and great maternity leave benefits (2/3rd pay for 12 weeks) -Supervisor and coworkers support each other. Good culture within department. -Location/easy access to dining and shopping -Supportive of personal growth/goals

Cons

-Still needs to modernize administrative processes and project management (currently paper, not digital) -Environment needs an update -No access to wifi

The money is alright, though nowhere near industry leading. Th PTO policy is generous. Great facility, great products.

Cons

Culture is bad at Streck. It is synonymous with paranoia at Streck. Company is paranoid of employees, who are paranoid of HR and Sr. Management/exec.
