Pros

Clients are the only bright point of this role, the connection you make with your clients makes the job worth coming to each and everyday.

Cons

Each franchise can be different in how the owners run the business. For the Phoenix locations communication is lacking, with the owners not living in the state you tend to not get the right support you need, permissions fluctuate on what you can and can't do, would change your clock in and clock out times for not taking a lunch even if you were working and trust was lacking, which made most in the studio feel off.

Pros

Client relationships Great protocol Positive impact on people daily

Cons

Sold multiple locations in 2024 and within weeks, the new owners started cutting pay and hours. Expecting ridiculous amounts of work while simultaneously reducing staff to less-than-livable wages. Micro managed every move. Even clients could see it and complained to corporate. Completely took advantages of us and saw no value in us as employees. Money hungry. Sad because I loved the job before they took over. Pretty sure they have a completely different staff now. Everyone quit about the same time.

Pros

The only positive part of working here is the stretchers — the staff who truly care about helping clients heal and feel better. They’re hardworking, compassionate, and the only reason this place hasn’t completely fallen apart.

Cons

- In just three years, there were four different owners, each one making things worse and more chaotic. - General managers never last—most quit within a few months because of the toxic culture and poor leadership. - The current owner, Kelsey Richards, is unprofessional, manipulative, and completely unfit to run a business. She plays favorites, blocks people from the schedule, and alters employee timesheets in ways that reduce their pay significantly. - Kelsey is a terrible owner—she avoids accountability, blames others for her mistakes, and has no leadership or people skills whatsoever. - She creates tension between employees, gossips about staff, and makes it impossible to trust management. - Communication is terrible, morale is nonexistent, and there’s zero respect for the people who keep the business running. - There’s no stability, integrity, or structure—just a constant cycle of turnover and disappointment.
