Terrible hours They will change your schedule with little to no notice You will work overtime (+8-12 hrs) You will not get paid for overtime You will not be able to leave cut days short after over time You are required to drive your own vehicle through the city for company events and meetings and hope you get reimbursed You’re expected to pay back training fees if you leave with 90 days Poor training as a manager from the start. It’s a health and wellness space that doesn’t care about your health and wellness You’ll probably never get to use your stretches because there’s zero time for you to take advantage
