Pros

Decent salary Decent locations Most employees are good to work with Free stretches each month

Cons

Terrible hours They will change your schedule with little to no notice You will work overtime (+8-12 hrs) You will not get paid for overtime You will not be able to leave cut days short after over time You are required to drive your own vehicle through the city for company events and meetings and hope you get reimbursed You’re expected to pay back training fees if you leave with 90 days Poor training as a manager from the start. Heavy on the SELLING, light on the management Don’t expects to have any kind of life/schedule outside of StretchLab You’ll never get off on time if you don’t complete daily tasks Turnover is extremely high and unpredictable You will be talked to like you’re incompetent If you voice your opinions, they deem it as a threat. It’s a health and wellness space that doesn’t care about your health and wellness You’ll probably never get to use your stretches because there’s zero time for you to take advantage

Pros

Novel approach to assisted stretching Great clientele

Cons

Non-existent leadership from owners (franchise structure) Owners expect a lot more effort from employees, especially management, than was reflected in compensation Lack of upward mobility
