Pros

Opportunity to meet clients in the area

Cons

-Unwilling to work with Trans people to have their right name in the system. Forces people to have to book with someone's dead name, which is horrible they're undermining and disrespecting the flexologist like this. Many states aren't safe to change names legally and they aren't willing to help or work with people in that situation at all. Makes me doubt their willingness with work with other LGBT staff and clients. Leadership is transphobic and probably homophobic too. Not worth the struggle if you're not cis or straight. -also youre paid 10 dollars an hour. No one could survive off of that even if it was 5 years ago and if you get maybe one or 2 clients a day the pay is still trash compared to a regular job. 10/hr for 7.5hr- taxes= 65 for a whole day. Say you get one or 2 clients and that barely puts you under 100 for a whole days work, honestly so disrespectful they expect anyone to live off of this. -youre expected to call and book with angry clients because they aren't properly staffed to book clients with monthly expensive subscriptions. Clients are furious that theyre wasting $1000 a month and then not getting their sessions back is a constant struggle. -their whole franchise depends on you winning back these furious clients and making the employee scramble to get clients so they can afford crazy things like rent and groceries.

Pros

Great clients that you build relationships with and change their lives for the better. Your hours can be designed by you based on your availability.

Cons

You don't get paid hourly, you get paid per client. That being said, the hours you work can be incredibly inconcistent - sometimes not having any schedule at all i.e. no pay. The Ownership can make or break the company - in my case for the worse.
