Clients are usually great, Pittsburgh location has wonderful management, fantastic work environment

Cons

Variable pay and stagnant wages, we make a base pay for being there plus and additional flex rate per hours of stretching clients. Overall pay is dependent on how busy your schedule is. It's very difficult to predict your paychecks, which makes budgeting difficult. Raises happen, but not often. No commission bonuses.

-Management can be terrible which makes or breaks the experience -As an employee, you can be overburdened with demands -Depending on management you may be on an infinite growth path that can become extremely exhausting as it pertains to memberships and retention
