Pros

The simplicity of the job itself

Cons

The vague parameters that are expected to be met. They bully you into working more hrs Promise that there is opportunity for growth but never followed through. Schedule was inconsistent and sometimes I didn’t get it til noon the day of!! Wouldn’t let us know when hrs were cut until day of when you clock in Schedule you to work when you requested a day off well in advance. Allow toxic clients to talk down on you and talk bad about you while you’re not there with no repercussions at all. Staff allowed to drink at work meeting even when majority of staff are under age. Nit picky about things like a tp roll not being replaced before closer leaves- but disregards anything else employees request Doesn’t double check pay roll so no PTO is added until the next paycheck. Owner Doesn’t even know employees by name Owner doesn’t know when the hrs of operation are. Managwill guilt you for being sick and blame your sick time off as a reason why sales are behind. Wont delegate tasks from upper management to mid level management and micro manages them. They will lie to clients about memberships and ignore them when they ask to cancel, sometimes putting clients into debt. Will ask staff to lie to them about them agreements as well and then blame that same staff when the client they signed up is max n wants to leave.
