      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Good coworkers to commiserate with.

      Cons

      People have been leaving over the past year like rats leaving a sinking ship. This is occurring across management, production, and engineering. A recent hiring freeze also means that those who remain are getting more work without additional pay. Long-term growth paths are nonexistent. Meeting goals gets rewarded by higher goals that you have no control over. Knee-jerk fast-fixes are favored at all times. Pay is lower than most competitors throughout the valley. Mandatory overtime is the standard. Work-life balance is nonexistent.

      Good pay Growth Benefits are good Lots of opportunity to prove yourself

      Cons

      - Ignorance from some leadership down - Leadership lights to discuss politics to the team - Multiple reported race issues to HR about leadership. - When in an entry level role, you are treated as such. - Had multiple people (who did not know me) at Stryker speak down about me to others. - I felt like a number.

      There's nothing to recommend here, especially for the southwest missouri region.

      Cons

      racist, discrimination, elitist, clones, superficial, sexist. So pretty much if you're not a 6 foot tall caucasian male manicured to the nines then you won't get a job here.
