Pros

Helping people in life-threatening situations Coworkers are often amazing Good benefits overall Excellent work-life balance

Cons

The culture is similar to a frat house and is very inappropriate sometimes Doesn't live up to its commitment to support diversity Hiring process is long and tedious Outdated systems Workplace can be hostile if you disagree If you're not already a manager, it is very difficult to become one at Stryker

Pros

All good for two years... then your either in the club or out....Not many get in the club though.

Cons

Same corrupt leadership in Mahwah division. They just keep rotating them around. Lots of turnover and employee burnout...churn and burn

Pros

Cool office, Flower mound is a great location.

Cons

Not sure this is big enough to list them all. This is quite possibly the worst company I've ever worked for. Starting with the interview process, which makes you believe you "fit" into their "culture". Quick update: there is zero culture, and what culture there is it's a very bullying type culture. Sales respects no one, sales management makes excuses and numbers are always inflated. The disparity of workload is pathetic. Some folks crank $80K looking at ESPN on their computers all day, others are so buried in work they literally break down and cry...or lose their jobs because they can't keep up with demand. Again, another update: Stryker itself can't keep up with demand. Sales analyst can only process orders as fast as they are built. Upper management is unrealistic, while also holding the Stryker brand to inflated worth. My advice - stay away.....unless you get a gig in Marketing. Those guys don't do anything and make really great money. Also, no work/life balance. Management discourages you from taking PTO that is earned, by threatening your job. But yes, sure. They have a work/life balance, just make sure your work is your actual life.
