      Pros

      Stryker's values are Integrity, Accountability, PEOPLE, and Performance. I love working at an organization that values its people, fully realizing that they are an organization's best asset. They have truly empowered me to manage my own career, and I'm so excited for the opportunities ahead.

      Cons

      Not a con per say, however it is a very fast paced environment, one that requires personal ambition and drive, so if that isn't for you, you may consider looking at opportunities elsewhere.

      Solid market position and double digit growth year over year.

      Cons

      Recent strategic decision to incorporate a Matrix organization and communication is very poor. Responsibilities - a whole layer has been created that does nothing but add administrative expense and tells others what to do. The doers perform the work and the top heavy administrative line finds more ways to report the same information in a different format.
