      Company offers top quality, dependable products and quality manufacturing procedures. Sales reps' salaries are competitive and uncapped. Competitive benefits package.

      Cons

      Many products are outdated, yet sales quotas and pressure to perform continue to increase. Company is heavily focused on sales quotas and profit margins. Regional managers are pressured by upper management to make quotas, etc. Frequent turnover in sales reps and managers. Lack of appreciation shown to good customers.
