      Pros

      Very strong culture, hard workers, pays well. Free food sometimes, overtime is nice and some people are kind. You'll want to do well, and will be surrounded with people who also want to do well. (They might not want you to do well).

      Cons

      Cut-throat culture, they drive results a little too much, unhealthy work-life balance. The people were often stand-offish, not the friendliest place. While the campus recruiter has improved the program over the past year, she made setting up appointments to talk with interns difficult, and she wasn't very optimistic about interns getting jobs there.

      Pros

      Energetic group of talented manufacturing engineers, associate managers and product engineers (mostly recent grads or interns). Quality is a priority. Hourly manufacturing support personnel are well trained with very low turnover. Well designed products.

      Cons

      Lower management production positions appear to be filled with young and inexperienced individuals. Screening process selects only type A people who are focused, but do not appear to play/share well with others across departments (team environment). Due to the inexperience, attention to detail is occasionally missed and advice is sometimes ignored (my experience). As a contractor, my advise and inputs were generally ignored. Received a bad reference for unexplained reasons with no way to reconcile .

      Pros

      Huge company with lots of benefits. There are tons of comforts and peace of mind as the company continues to do well. The sales force is rock solid and keeping growth positive in a fun new healthcare environment.

      Cons

      It's a huge company and there is a lot of red tape. Innovation is stifled by conservative legal, regulatory, and quality (all understandable and common in the industry).
