      Pros

      Fast paced friendly environemt, clean mfg. Good peole young crowd. Good pay and good location. Good times. directly goal and performance oriented.

      Cons

      fast paced, major multi tasking, complex environment. most training is self reliant, learn on the job. sometimes lack clear direction, especially across functional areas.

      Pros

      Health care industry - ironically some of the poorest health care benefits for a company this size, given how much money they make selling over priced devices and implants. Valuable work experience??

      Cons

      Poor pay - The VP of HR has stated that their goal is to pay at the 50th percentile (i.e. strictly average) but hire top talent. Poor work life balance - most managers are clock watchers and care about the hours put in and not the results. Outdated facilities - other than the Corporate and Orthopedic facilities, company doesn't like to reinvest in its business. This is a great company to invest in if you're a shareholder, they deliver value by screwing their employees!
