      Good benefits and decent time off.

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely horrible compared to other companies. The “pay raise” they do give is terrible. Accounts doing half the case volume will receive the same pay as you. The work environment can be incredibly toxic depending on the account you’re at.

      To many family members working on same team Manager is a racist, hypocrite, bully who constantly harassed you HR) is a joke. Only onsite 2 days a week and is useless

      Great people for the most part, cool gifts however they’ve changed and downgraded year after year, fun locations to visit for meetings

      Cons

      If your looking to advance in sales don’t do your time as an ASR. Get sales elsewhere and apply after a year or two. When looking to move up in sales more are hired externally sadly than internally. Work life balance if there is such a thing. Work is constant and there are no shut off hours which for a company with strong culture is ok for a year but gets old and causes burn out.
