Great culture and work life balance

Pros

Growing company that still has the values of a family run business. The team are friendly and management are very supportive. There is no pressure to work ridiculous hours like other businesses I have worked at.

Cons

Not all staff share the same work ethic, but they usually move on quickly. The staff that fit the positive work environment stay for years.

Many experienced teammates to draw knowledge from.

Cons

There are too many cons to list. This is a place that should not be recommended to anyone. Most people that do work in management are on such an incredible power trip, they don't even realize how ignorant they make the company look. All ideas for improvement are ignored or implemented but not enforced, so they disappear. The company will not last very long if things continue as they are.
