      A lot of non English speaking people are getting hired and making the job harder for those who have been there for a couple of years.

      Lots of opportunities globally. Studco is pretty stable compared to other businesses I've worked at.

      Takes a while to get your head around the products if you're not familiar with the building industry.

      We are glad you enjoy your co-workers, a fun but hard working culture is important! It's great to hear your supervisors are supporting you and very hands on. We try to respect the teams work life balance by only requesting overtime when absolutely necessary, we appreciate your flexibility and support!
