Thanks for your feedback , we're sorry to hear you felt this way about your experience with Studco. We are currently extremely focused on growing our inside sales support team to help drive the business forward. We do feel we provide good support and on the job training, however this is definitely an environment where employees must have their own passion and drive to succeed as well. It is not an ideal role for more complacent sales people not committed to the bigger picture. We are invested in our products and the continued innovation and development of our brand and business and this is reflected in both our recruiting and onboarding process.
