      Bullying aggressive managers

      After seeing a employee being physically assaulted and harassed by a senior manager over a long period of time we as an entire workforce have lost faith in our current management team. The company attempted to retrench the victim and keep the perpetrator. He now suffers from a workplace injury. We have all made enquiries about our colleague and have only be led astray with falsehoods. I have personally seen the disgraceful emails sent to him by a particular manager threatening his employment for speaking up to the authorities about the bullying and assault he has received. How can any of us go to upper management with a problem if they protect managers that assault their staff.

      Thank you for your feedback. As per our company policy when this concern was brought to management’s attention we conducted a full review and investigation. We have participated in many meetings not only with those involved but with other parties as applicable. Studco takes bullying and harassment claims very seriously and hold firm that this behavior does not align to our company values and therefore will not be tolerated.

      Once you're in, I don't think you can find anything good

      Cons

      This job gets tiring doing the same things over and over. The management doesn't offer any career plans for the employees and you will get stuck in it.

      Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that some day to day tasks can be monotonous (we all have them!!). We are working with our Management team on better communication on career path opportunities as we agree this is a very important component of employee satisfaction. In addition we encourage our employees to take an active role in these conversations as well and make sure to voice their career development initiatives so we can make sure to align and nurture those opportunities as they become available.

      Good place to learn. There are a ton of different types of customers that call in and it gives you a wide variety of situations to handle

      Cons

      Not enough recognition. Pay isn't great. Once your in a role there's not much room for growth.

      Thank you for your feedback. We do offer a wide array of products and diversified customer base as well so we are glad you have found good learning opportunities working at Studco! We are also working to better develop career path plans for our team members to help define progression opportunities. We do award an employee each month with Studco's Best Award but will be sure to look for future opportunities to better recognize our team for their efforts!
