The entire team makes new employees feel welcome and included immediately, co-workers have a vested interest in each other's development and overall knowledge. Open and receptive to new ideas regardless of how long an employee has been here or their role, which is fostered by a collaborative environment. A dynamic environment that provides new opportunities to embrace.

Cons

Office can be quiet at times, and can take some getting used to if you're used to a louder environment.

There's a positive and friendly environment in the office. Came straight out of uni with little experience, they trusted my skillset and potential, my managers have been great with training and developing me for my role.

Cons

Location is bit out of the way, dependent on where you live obviously.

Cons

The management fails to keep people informed of what changes are coming in the future. It might lead to certain inconveniences for people who want to do their job right and don't want to stay out of the loop.
