Pros

Great work-life balance with a culture built on trust rather than micromanagement. As a small IT Operations team, we rely on and support one another, creating a collaborative environment where knowledge is openly shared. From the very beginning of working at this company and for this team, I've had the opportunity to learn and contribute beyond my core responsibilities, which has significantly broadened my skills. Whenever there's an area I'm interested in exploring or a new skill I want to develop, I'm encouraged and given the opportunity to pursue it. I appreciate that we can speak openly and honestly with one another, and that our opinions are valued. It's clear that feedback is not only welcomed by our director but is also considered by executive leadership when making decisions. Other positives, free gym memberships, Caltrain pass, catered lunch on Wednesdays, stocked kitchen with a lot of variety of snacks and drinks.

Cons

It would be great to have more flexibility in choosing which days we work from the office and which days we work from home. Since we operate in a hybrid environment, having the ability to select the schedule that best fits our work and personal needs could improve both productivity and work-life balance.

Pros

A few things I learned I found useful in life.

Cons

Staff were terribly compensated while management enjoy things life could offer with less stress! We all get to work long hours that were not only exhausting but draining! Leadership shouldn't look like that!

Pros

Flexible time and schedule, work at your own pace, but deadlines were ridiculous!

Cons

Management's policies were made to benefit only them. It prevents employees to get a raise because these policies were terribly unreasonable! Deadlines were stressful and unreasonable as well making frustrations and anxiety high! This is a terrible place for growth, don't expect good leadership here!
