Thanks for the feedback! We pride ourselves on moving quickly, and agile has helped us stay fast-paced without sacrificing quality. I know it can be distracting when there's a lot of noise on the floor. If you need a pair of headphones, just stop by my desk, or feel free to book a conference room if you need some concentrated quiet time. -Ashley

Pros

Amazing people, seriously can't emphasize that enough, I like everyone I work with and this is the first time that's true in my life. They allow you to pursue ideas past just having one, especially if it has ROI, they are supportive of me as both a person and an employee past anything I've seen in a company. I asked to increase my responsibility more then once and they have delivered on their promise and more. The culture is something to be envied. There's always a happy hour or some event to hang out with your coworkers. The free food in the kitchen never hurts either!

Cons

We have too many ideas, sometimes we don't execute them as well as we could.

I'm so glad that you have opportunities to grow and gain responsibility. We're always looking for ways for employees to grow and develop in their profession. If you have any ideas for how we can create more development opportunities for employees, I'd love to hear them! We do have a lot of great ideas, and prioritize them based on value when we plan quarterly initiatives. Our Agile development process and scrum teams have helped us improve our execution on ideas over the past few years.
