Pros

- Leaders establish a working environment where you can feel safe and empowered - Opportunities for growth are provided even for remote workers - Work-Life balance is not only reminded through words but also actions

Cons

- Most of your work can be done asynchronously so if you are used to working in an office, there would be a bit of adjustment needed.

Pros

Joining Study.com has been an amazing experience. I am thriving in this collaborative and growth-oriented remote environment. From the start, I felt welcomed and supported by my US teammates despite the time zone differences. The work-life balance here is excellent, and I appreciate the opportunities for personal and professional growth, including direct interactions with stakeholders. The recreational activities, such as fitness games and wellness programs, add a fun and engaging element to our remote work culture. Overall, it’s a great place to work and develop your career while enjoying a balanced and flexible work environment.

Cons

The remote setup means less face-to-face interaction, which could be a downside for those who value in-person connections.
