      Internal politics made things ridiculously problematic to the point of absurdity.

      The company had some helpful resources and opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      The amount of internal politics was ridiculous and completely sidetracked progress. Efforts to address clear issues were ignored or drowned out by problematic decision-making processes. It was frustrating to see priorities shift in absurd directions instead of focusing on real solutions. The environment felt like it rewarded who you knew instead of the quality of your work, which was just ridiculous and disheartening.

      I work from home, so I don't have to waste energy and time commuting

      Study.com is a very chaotic company with poor leadership. The management here is very disorganized, and the work environment is a mess! There are far too many issues to list here. But the most common ones are the conflicting schedules, uneven workload, and inefficient delegation. The management just doesn't seem to know what it's doing most of the time.

      Honestly, working from home was the only perk.

      Cons

      This company was like a bad group project. Things changed on a dime, with no heads-up, leaving everyone scrambling to catch up. The higher-ups seemed clueless about what content creators actually did, and it felt like we were just spinning our wheels most of the time. A lot of wasted effort and frustration for no reason.
