Pros

This company is a phenomenal place to work!Management and Ownership Team truly care about each and everyone in the company. Management strives for greatness from all its employees and provides access to unlimited training to ensure success in all of its employees. Unfortunately, some of those employees rather fall asleep during training;s and don't really care about there jobs. Those employees have been dismissed and are therefore begrudged.

Cons

There are no downsides if you do your job.

Pros

The people are absolutely amazing. The management team is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They truly care about their employees. The staff is absolutely exceptional and always goes the extra mile. The company is always looking for was to improve and be more efficient. SMP is a company and culture that you can be proud to be a part of.

Cons

That I didn't come here sooner!
