outdated system, closing process was not the best. Management tried to make changes that were unrealistic with the system and the process that was being done, I've never worked for a company where no one knows what they are doing. The new management is clueless. steer clear of this company because they will terminate you at any given moment. Most people seem happy there but they really are afraid that they will be next to lose their job. The massive layoffs are still happening because the company has lost major out of state branches and the remaining branches out of state (FL and TX) aren't producing due to the Hurricanes.

Company is on the verge of folding and is cutting staff like crazy to try to stay afloat. Multiple managers have lucked their way into positions and it shows with the way they attempt to manage. They try to sell the image of it being a "family" company. If they tell you that laugh and walk out. These people would throw their own mother under the bus if they could make a buck doing it.
