I enjoyed working with the other people at the corporate office, they were truly helpful and did what they could to assist when they were able to

Cons

The process itself is OVER confusing, there are so many systems being used it's confusing. I was hired in a specified position, but wound up doing a completely different job then what I was hired for and reprimanded for not doing well at it. I was CONSTANTLY micro managed, and in fact, was screamed at for the font in my email. This only pertains to the "franchised" branch of Success Mortgage partners in West Bloomfield, MI

Pros

Success Mortgage Partners is a great company to work for. They really CARE about their employees and do quality work. The bad reviews come from previous employees that were let go which is sad. They loved the company when they worked there yet because they did not perform to SMP standards and were let go, this is now a terrible company to work for.

Cons

No 401k match but the company has a lot of other perks for their employees. There are no other cons.

They are auditing the comments ! This is a terrible company to work for. Everyone someone makes a comment telling the truth a bunch of comments pop up to make the company look good
