Pros

SMP is an awesome place to work. The people are incredibly supportive and want to see you succeed in all facets of your life. You can feel the positive energy every time you walk in one of their offices.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons about working at SMP.

Pros

Turn times are quick. Marketing is very responsive and helpful.

Cons

Processing is quick, but lazy. There is a lack of sincere effort/follow up from multiple departments. No connectivity among branches/loan officers. Your 1 outlet to get anything done is through an AE.
