Pros

Trauma bond with a few good employees.

Cons

CEO likes to pick a manager to target and bully until they resign, or she finds a way to fire or layoff. She pits people against each other and likes to enlist those around her to spy on other departments and report back to her. I've never worked in such a toxic environment, and I've done retail. She will praise you one moment for the work you've done and then turn around the next day saying you don't add any value.

Pros

clean newer facility. M-F schedule.

Cons

CEO is the worst person I've ever worked for in my 20 plus year career. Has no business sense or ability to manage people correctly. Makes split decisions on nearly everything without consensus from supervisors and experienced employees. Well over 3/4 of these decisions have been detrimental to business. Terrible place to work, go nearly anywhere else and you will be happier.
