Pros

Getting off at 2:30 daily

Cons

Everything else. Insurance way too expensive and doesn’t cover anything. Ownership is horrible and will probably end up ruining the company into the ground.

Pros

Benefits and hours are great.

Cons

Management will throw people in different departments with no training, or warning. Very micromanaged from the top down. Treats some employees that are family or are in good graces like royalty, even when work is non-existent or inconsistent. Workplace environment is very poor, and you seldom will be given any feedback - good or bad.
