Pros

Management over me were really good people

Cons

-Transwest's owners truly only care about making a profit. Not their people, not their products. I have never felt so belittled by upper management in my life. -Benefits were barely affordable -Lack of direction -Poor communication which led to poor products -All staff are overworked -When someone left, they said "good riddance" and gave that person's duties to another existing employee

Pros

None other than the hours (6am-2:30pm)

Cons

Poor upper management, questionable business decisions and ethics, inner sanctum mentality. If you’re not one of the “family” you won’t last long. They’ve now moved into letting the few remaining employees that’s care go. I cannot see this place being in business by the end of the year.
