      Great "Little" Company With Big Ideas and Lots of Potential

      Pros

      Leadership is enthusiastic about moving the company forward, small company feel despite medium employee count, doesn't operate like a mindless corporate machine, lots of opportunities for career and skill development, embraces LEAN

      Cons

      Benefits could be better, some of the facilities are a little dated where others are super modern and cutting edge, size sometimes limits how far you can advance before hitting a ceiling (but management is trying to address this)

      Pros

      Like any job/career there were opportunities to learn to be a better employee. The hourly associates are a great group of people. Summit made me realize how well I had it in my previous career.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks integrity. Common respect was often overlooked. There was very little room for growth. Though not a union affiliated company, the progression system felt like it was.
