Absolutely no support in any endeavor. Rampant nepotism and cronieism has destroyed a once decent company.

Meet *some* good hard working people.

Cons

Very hostile work environment from the front office to warehouse personnel. After some employees have left/fired, a berage of insults to them were prevalent. Alcohol was some times brought in during work hours. One thing that really bothered me was when the CEO came in and treated low position personnel like garbage. Shook the hands of everyone that worked in sales but none to the warehouse associates.

Summit has only one branch in Phoenix, but that also means there is opportunity to expand in this market.
