      The people at Summit are great to work with

      Managers have constant meetings and are hardly ever available. CIO has no IT background and is removing some very intelligent employees. Instead of working with leaders to get better they give very open ended goals for leaders/ managers to achieve then let them go when they believe they aren't producing. I personally left a career to go to Summit and loved it there but when they changed CIO during my 2nd year I had no chance.. Pretty unprofessional of a company to hire a bunch of new people then switch gears and hire new management.

      Great Vision, for the most part, friendly folks

      Cons

      Poor management, little support and decisions made off the cuff when it comes to headcount and personal decisions. Unrealistic goals and the goal post move. Sales makes the final decisions, not operations.

      Decent vacation, job is extremely easy.

      Cons

      Incompetent branch managers, completely unchallenging atmosphere, very little opportunity to better yourself, pay is miserable. Raises each year are less than $1 at a time. Manager spends all day at bars drunk on “sales calls.”
