Pros

Summit is a large company that still feels small. The family feel still exist with Summit and they really encourage their associates to grow, learn and develop. Promoting within is a top priority with Summit, they are loyal to their associates and make that apparent from the very beginning.

Cons

Summit has some communication issues. Their are so many great tools for the associates to help the company grow but it is not transparent or readily available.

Business Outlook

Pros

Summit has some really good people working there. The opportunities are great for anyone who is willing to work for them.

Cons

The salary for an inside sales rep is lower than industry standard, and Summit is reluctant to give raises even if an employee is a high performer.
