Plenty of overtime pay + profit sharing. Excellent opportunity for career growth through the acceleration program. Free uniforms with decent quality.

Cons

The warehouse is not air-conditioned, so be prepared to sweat in the summer, they do have decent fans though. You will rarely finish on time, and overtime is required, so be prepared to work 50 hour weeks during busy season.

it was a paid job that helped to paid the bills, run away as fast as you can,

No training, no education, no patience, Senior managers clueless about the ins and outs and want the operational people to be finance experts. recently a total makeover of the finance department was done, and they worked their hearts and souls out, weekends and late nights with us, to fight a software that wasn't working and have lots of technical issues. one person in that department was just in the company one month and a half and worked super hard, the others have been in the company for years and the whole department was laid off.
