Honestly the benefits were the best part, Hours were okay depending upon your department. most co- workers were nice. Holidays off were always nice

Cons

Your experience is heavily determined by your Supervisor and if they are not Clinical when you are in a specialized field, It's awful. Drs are nice but have become money hungry and take on unrealistic patient loads especially during Covid time. They would rather burn you out and hire more people than invest in you.

The main thing I like was the benefits

Cons

I was hired for a certain location and was told I would be working there but ended constantly being moved to different locations. Which was not discussed in the interview or hiring process at all!
