Pros

Gives newcomers a warm welcome. Everyone seems to want to help you reach your goals

Cons

Underpaid. Encouraged to have additional responsibilities and roles that you initially didn’t ask for or agree to at initial job acceptance ie: (surgical PA being asked to help in the orthopedic urgent care with no extra pay)

Pros

Low stress environment. Doctors are great to work with. No weekends or holidays.

Cons

Lots of down time between patients can make for some long days. It’s a pretty repetitive job

Pros

The coworkers and patients were reason to stay

Cons

Pay is terrible and the leadership is lacking. Some great providers but the terrible ones ruin the culture.
