Needs a work/life overhaul

Pros

The bathrooms are pretty decent.

Cons

There is zero work-life balance here. You will work 10-12 hour days with zero appreciation. It's definitely a white-boys club. If you're a female here, good luck getting respect. They lack diversity and you will be treated like an afterthought. HR there needs an overhaul. They will actively ignore you and fail to help you feel a part of the organization.

Lean Oriented Company

Pros

Summit Polymers is one of the few organizations that believes and practices Lean (TPS) principles from the top of the organization all the way to the bottom.

Cons

Being Lean Minded does have it's drawbacks - "Highest Quality Lowest Cost with the Shortest Lead Time" - The lowest cost part does seem to carry to the salary / hourly pay of the employees. Benefits are average - nothing special.
