My tenure at Summit Polymers, albeit brief, was a challenging experience that left a significant impact on me. The lessons I learned were not of the conventional sort, but rather, they were insights into what I should avoid when seeking employment in the future. Despite my consistent efforts and dedication to my role, I found myself facing a series of disappointments. I was met with dishonesty on numerous occasions, which was disheartening. My commitment to my work was unwavering, yet I felt as though I was being pushed aside due to unforeseen circumstances in my personal life. This lack of understanding and empathy from the management was a source of great distress for me. The work environment at Summit Polymers was far from conducive to productivity or wellbeing. It was a toxic atmosphere that seemed to drain the energy and enthusiasm from its employees. The lighting was harsh and uninviting, and the decor did little to uplift the spirits. It was as if the very surroundings were a constant reminder of the lifelessness that seemed to pervade the place.
