The company is profitable and growing fast, the management are incredibly smart, and there is little politics in the office. In fact, most of the team hangs out together on the weekends which is cool for a new Austin resident like myself. It's a great place to work because everyone gets their work done on time yet knows how to have a good time. It feels good to have your opinion listened to on day one and the team moves very fast to respond to market demands and customer requests. Noah, Chad, and the rest of the management team are very smart and generous with their time and network. It takes a bit to be a "part of the team", but once you're in, they truly care about your success and growth - both inside and outside of the company. Been here over a year and very glad to have joined. One of the best companies I've ever worked for.

I've worked at some of the bigger tech companies, and I've freelanced to the beat of my own drum. This place beats the hell out of any of those places. Here's why: -They Trust You: You know when you bring an awesome idea to your boss and they shoot it down for no reason? Or they check in 7 times during the day to "see how you're doing" aka micro manage? That doesn't happen here. Your ideas are used and you're left alone to get stuff done. -Work on Your Terms: Work wherever. Times are flexible, and the official office hours are 10-6 for all you late-rising folks. But I'm an early riser myself, which is no problem. We've even got someone working from different spots around the world as they travel. As long as you get stuff done, you're good to go. -The Team Is Cool: You won't have a problem starting a conversation with anyone here. And most times that conversation will carry on with a couple beers into the night. It's a cool, driven group of people that all work towards a common goal. -The Work is Meaningful: It's a growing product that helps a ton of people, and you get to directly impact the direction and feel of the product. Every decision you make can help someone sell their first product or make their first dollar as an entrepreneur, so that's a pretty cool feeling.
