Can't handle stock, upper management has no clue how to handle cultural differences, especially when it leaves huge gaps in product provision

Run old boys who run it to implement their vision. They pay no heed to employment law and make radical changes on a whim. HR exist to support them. The work repetitive and can be boring. You're often under pressure to get "samples " out. Also there are some unique personalities working there. Queen bees (female & male) who can and will make your life he'll if you cross them. These people are untouchable as they're managers favourites. It's an OK place to gain experience but not somewhere to work long term, for the above reasons and the pay was well below the industry normal.
