Worst company to work for

Pros

Flexitime was good, able to work overtime for 1 day off a month. No other positives.

Cons

Management is very poor and incompetent, never acknowledged for doing a good job, boring and very repetitive work, they pick their favourites to be promoted and everyone else is treated like scum. If you are a grad looking for your first job or anyone looking for a lab based job, RUN far away!
