Terrible culture Training in house was none existent The shif system was the worst and felt like you was there most of the time Support for internal affairs was poor Overall the workplace was the worst I've ever worked in (do not join) I repeat do NOT.

Directors and managers are clueless how to run the business

They offer expensive benefits and poor 401K fund

Cons

They go out of their way to not keep employees happy. No leeway in hours of work, not flexible. Poor morals. Very political. Salary employees treated differently than hourly. Building climate keep at levels to keep you sweating in summer and freezing in winter all in the name to save money so uppers get bigger bonus.
