Pros
-Job position is very secure, very low risk of getting fired after the first six months. -Relatively good benefits -Overtime opportunities and paid holidays
Cons
-Management has undergone a shift in recent years and more inexperienced and underqualified lower and middle management have taken over. Do not expect management to understand your job or have your back unless you're personal friends with them. -Very dirty site. Pigment production is inherently dirty, but there's no on-site janitorial staff and production and labs get filthy over time. -Little upward movement. In the past few years, there has been a trend of hiring outside staff to fulfill upper positions instead of promoting internally. -Toxic working culture
