Pros
Working for Sun, I experience a lot of gratitude from management and fellow team members for what I do! We're experiencing a lot of growth and it points to a longevity and stability for the company, which is reassuring! I find that if I need help or an explanation, everyone is more than willing to work with me.
Cons
It can be difficult to deal with both main office and the field, given that I don't have first hand experience as to what the field team members experience.
