      Pros

      Sun Communities offers limitless opportunity to advance and promote up within the organization. The support staff is fabulous and quick to assist with any concerns.

      I literally have nothing negative to say about my experience working with Sun Communities, I have been here for 2 years now and managed 3 different communities and I can't imagine working anywhere else. This is definitely not a job it's a career!

      Community managers are given very little help in operation policies, it appears that Regional managers are only in it for the pay and not the pride. Too much emphasis is put in their power until they make a mistake, then the community manager takes the fall.
