Pros

People are actually nice. A lot of nice benefits and good company culture.

Cons

It's hard to get a competitive salary, it's hard to get promoted. A lot of issues within the company especially since the new implementation.

Pros

Good amount of PTO and paid holidays. Decent pay if you're lucky enough to have a manager that shares commission.

Cons

Unethical managers. Large amount of favoritism and cronyism. Managers can get away with pretty much anything, and have no problem with retaliation. HR states they have a no retaliation policy, but managers do not face consequences. HR does not advocate for team members and are only looking out for the company and their managers. Frontline workers are underpaid, do their managers work, get mistreated by management and dismissed by HR. Upper management superficially promotes cultural statements they do not act within.
