      Pros

      Sun Communities is a well established company that not only focuses on it's own growth but the growth of the team as well. It is such a pleasure to work alongside some of the absolute best. Sun is constantly rooting for you. You have stability, coaching, teamwork, benefits and growth constantly at your feet.

      Cons

      I have been working in this industry for 7 years (3 years with A.L.L, 4 years with SUN)- I do not see a con at this time.

      Always willing to help you grow and give you the tools to get there. Wonderful people down to earth all the way to the COO make you feel like family.
